Perfect venue for a sophisticated conference meeting
As a conference manager of my company, I was looking out for an apt venue in Chicago to book a conference hall for a business meeting with some of our most prestigious clients. I checked out some of the suggestions made by my travel agency, but nothing came close to what I had in mind. So, I began browsing online, hoping to find something worthwhile. After a pictorial tour of the hotel and its spacious board rooms, I booked one for the scheduled date. When I reached there, to ensure that all the amenities and requirements were in place, I was taken by surprise as the management had made all the necessary arrangements and left nothing unfinished. The conference halls were plush and well endowed for formal meetings. The dark wood furniture gave the place an aristocratic look that was ideal for most business meetings. They were well equipped to meet the latest technological demands. The hotel had a business center that provided facilities for printing, faxing, copying and shipping which saved us from last minute scampering. They also had complimentary high speed wireless internet access in the hotel lobby that proved to be very helpful to us. We were extremely satisfied by the services rendered and will definitely schedule our future meeting at this hotel.
